Just to let all members know that Ross will be putting together a news letter soon. If anyone has anything to contribute to this please speak to him at the club or PM him on the forum where he goes under the name of aggrofish. When the newsletter is complete it will be posted here.

On the 20th Jan 2010 there will be a club Annual General Meeting. at which the committee will present how the club has been taken forward over the last year and the account records of our money and money out will be there for all to see. this meeting will allow all club members to ask any questions they might have and to put forward any ideas or criticisms they may have.

New permanent location for the club

Just to let you all know the new permanent location for the club is now The Three Daws Public House in Gravesend. Click on the Contact Us tab for the full address. This will continue to be every Wednesday at the same time as usual.

Club moving location

Dear members,

Please be aware that the club is no longer situated at the AEI Sports Club. Since it has come under new ownership they have decided that they no longer wish to entertain us any longer. We are trying to find another venue to accomodate on a permanent basis but until then we will be holding a club night on Tuesday 10th November 2009. This will be at:

Hever Court Road,
Gravesend,
Kent
DA12 5UQ

The evening will start from 1830hrs onwards.

As the Ancients tournament, The Return of the Winter King comes to a close the 40K tournament now begins. It's not too late to join!, so get yourself over to Matt Bowden on the hurry up if you wish to enter this years tournament. He would like entry forms by 13/05/2009. Many congratulations to Ross for winning the Return of the Winter King campaign.

Ross absolutely thrashed Reece in the final. It was all over by 9pm.

Could I also thank everybody who participated in the campaign for playing in the right spirit and getting the games finished on time.

Just a quick note for all members. The club has moved from the main hall to the bar area until the summer months. So if you turn up at the side door and find it locked with all the lights off DON'T PANIC! use the main entrance at the bar to find us.

Yes that's right people. The club is not open over the Christmas period and will re-open on Wednesday 7th January 2009. In the meantime have a very merry Christmas and a happy new year!

Guys, the forums are not set up yet so please don't bother to register yet. I'm having a few tweaking problems with it and expect to be up over the weekend. You can then register and you will of course then be able to chat to each other and also organise games. Also I am aware the email icon on the contact us page is not working and Im working to get stuff fixed. I've already identfied half a dozen problems and 4 of them Ive just fixed... ARRGGGHHHH

Club's first website goes live. Welcome to the site guys. This is only the beginning, this site will expand with time. Meanwhile have a browse through the site and enjoy!. Naturally with any new website problems can occur. Gremlins can sneak inside my HTML coding and I can also make spelling mistakes here there and everywhere.
