Warhammer 40,000 or 40K for short is a fanatasy game set in the 41st Millenium. You control an army taken from a wide choice available such as the Space Marines, Dark Eldar, Tau Empire or even Tyranids and many more!.

Pit your army against other players as you fight your way across the galaxy, waging war on different planets, and into the twisted depths of the hive worlds.

Warhammer 40.000 is a table top game. You would need the relevant rulebooks along with various dice, a tape measure and of course an army to play the game.

The army rulebooks can be found at Games Workshop and we recommend you reading them before conidering your choice of army. Take time to attend the club and speak to the member's who will gladly give you their opinion on each different army and guide you along the path to the army that suits you best.
